Live $2/$5: Weird Spot with Bottom Set vs Nitreg OMC

$1000 eff. V limps UTG, CO limps, SB completes, I check BB with 2♦ 2♥

J♣ 4♦ 2♠ $20 SB checks, I bet $20, V calls, others fold
T♣ $60 I bet $60, V makes it $160

Now I started thinking about his range. JJ he raises pre, TT as well. He may have JTs which is 3 combos. There are 3 combos of 44.

So paradoxically, we are way ahead or way behind and should just call? But if he limps KK+ then we're way ahead.

What do you think? What would be your line?

A nitreg shouldn't be calling TT on the flop, and shouldn't be raising turn if he did just limp with a big pp. Therefore calling turn and ck/calling blanks (and ck/folding J or T river) is what I'd do vs. my definition of nitreg.

Cool, I just called turn and checked river. He checked back river surprisingly and I won. It was JTs I guess.
