Live $5/$10: How do we get in $3K with AA?

$3K eff. I open A♥ A♦ to $40 in UTG+1, V in HJ makes it $140. V is your stereotypical 45ish recreational tightreg cleancut guy. Seems stiff and disciplined. Not quite OMC but leaning that way. The kind of player who relies on presence of fish to pay them off and on running good. Otherwise, in a lineup with few/no fish he has no edge and probably breakeven or a marginal loser.

I feel like he has KK a ton of the time here. Discounted QQ and heavily discounted AK also possible. I don't think he's ever light here. Folds to me and I make it $600. He calls.

With a $1,200 pot and $2,400 behind, seems pretty easy to get it in post flop.
Sorry, didn't post the rest of the question. Here it is:

Flop: 9♣ 9♠ 3♠ $1215

1. How's my 4b sizing?

2. What line and sizing are you taking to get this in?

3. Will K or Q falling on future streets give you a pause?

4. Will your sizing be balanced for bluffs? Meaning are you going to be using the same line and sizings with something like A4s?
I don't think I've ever made a 4b that large before (either as a bluff or value)....but he called so it's hard to argue with success.

One option is to c-bet half pot, another option is to c-bet 1/3rd pot....I like a 1/3rd pot c-bet personally.
